Professional standards expected of every vendor.
1. Honesty
Represent your services, pricing and availability accurately. No bait pricing, fake reviews or hidden charges.
2. Professionalism
Communicate promptly, deliver to scope and standard, and treat clients and their guests with respect.
3. Compliance
Hold required licences, issue proper invoices, and follow safety and labour laws relevant to your service.
4. Fair play
Do not manipulate ratings, poach off-platform to evade protections, or retaliate against honest reviews.
