Escrow & Settlement Policy

1. Custody of funds

Marketplace funds are held by a regulated payment partner, not by UtsavOS directly. Funds are ring-fenced for the relevant transaction.

2. Release triggers

Funds are released to the seller against agreed milestones or confirmed completion, net of platform commission.

3. Holds during disputes

If a dispute is raised before release, the relevant amount is held until the dispute is resolved and a documented outcome is reached.

4. Settlement to sellers

Sellers receive settlement to their verified linked account. Reconciliation and statements are available in the seller workspace.
