Content Policy

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for content you post and warrant you have the rights to it. Do not upload others’ personal data or copyrighted work without permission.

2. Prohibited content

• Illegal, hateful, violent or harassing content
• Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
• Misleading, fraudulent or impersonating content
• Spam and deceptive reviews
• Malware or unsafe links

3. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience. Incentivised, fake or retaliatory reviews are prohibited.

4. Moderation

We may remove content that breaches this policy and act on the responsible account. Appeals follow the Grievance process.
