Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive enquiries, or off-topic promotions through the platform’s messaging, reviews or communities.

Marketing communications require consent and must offer a clear opt-out. Honour unsubscribe requests promptly.

Spam leads to rate limits, content removal and possible suspension.
