1. Compliance posture

We design for compliance with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, electronic-transaction and taxation laws in the regions we operate in.

We support data-subject rights under India’s DPDP Act, the EU GDPR, and California’s CCPA, with residency controls and a consent ledger.

As an intermediary we maintain grievance redressal, takedown procedures and records, and respond to lawful government requests with due process.

We require valid legal process for data disclosure, log requests, and notify users where lawful and appropriate.
