1. You keep your rights

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant UtsavOS a limited licence to host, display and operate the service with your content.

2. Warranty

You warrant you own or are licensed to use the content you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

3. Our IP

UtsavOS software, design, trademarks and content are protected. Do not copy, reverse engineer or misuse them.

4. Infringement

We respond to valid infringement notices under the Copyright/DMCA-style procedure and the Trademark Policy.
