Do not use others’ trademarks in a way that misleads users about source, sponsorship or affiliation.

2. Complaints

Trademark owners can report misuse to legal@utsavos.dev with proof of rights and the infringing content. We review and act on valid complaints.

3. Fair use

Nominative and descriptive references that do not cause confusion are generally permitted.
