Vendor Agreement
Terms for vendors offering services on UtsavOS.
1. Onboarding & verification
Vendors must complete KYC and business verification and keep details current. Verification level and trust score affect visibility and badges.
2. Listings & pricing
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings, offerings, availability and prices. Misrepresentation, bait pricing and fake reviews are prohibited.
3. Service delivery
You must deliver awarded work to the agreed scope, standard and timeline, hold any licences required, and behave professionally per the Vendor Code of Conduct.
4. Payments, invoicing & tax
Settlement is via escrow against milestones or completion. You issue tax-compliant invoices to buyers and are responsible for your own taxes and statutory filings.
5. Cancellations & disputes
Cancellation terms must be stated in your quotation and honour the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Disputes follow the Dispute Resolution Policy with settlement held meanwhile.
6. Suspension
Repeated complaints, fraud, safety issues or low trust scores can lead to reduced visibility, suspension or removal.
