Event Planner Agreement
Terms for planners coordinating celebrations on UtsavOS.
1. Role of the planner
Planners coordinate celebrations on behalf of clients — sourcing vendors, managing budgets, timelines and tasks. You act as the client’s agent within the authority they grant.
2. Sub-contracting vendors
When you engage vendors through the marketplace, you are responsible for clear scope and for honouring agreed payments. Vendor↔Planner disputes follow the B2B dispute lane.
3. Fees & transparency
Disclose your fees and any vendor mark-ups to clients. Hidden commissions and undisclosed conflicts of interest are prohibited.
4. Client data
Handle client and guest data only for the engagement, per the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Do not retain data beyond what is necessary.
