Booking Policy
How bookings are made, confirmed and completed.
1. Making a booking
A booking confirms agreed dates, scope and price with a provider. You receive a booking confirmation and a record is stored for both parties.
2. Confirmation & changes
Bookings are confirmed when accepted and (where applicable) paid/secured. Date or scope changes require mutual agreement through the platform.
3. Completion & acceptance
On delivery, the buyer confirms completion, which can trigger settlement of escrowed funds. Unconfirmed completions auto-progress only per agreed milestones.
4. No-shows
No-shows by either party may incur the disclosed cancellation terms and affect trust scores.
