Payment Terms
How payments, fees, donations and settlements work.
1. Payment processing
Payments are processed by regulated payment service providers (PSPs). We do not store full card details. Currency is INR unless stated, with amounts shown inclusive of disclosed fees.
2. Platform fees & commission
Service fees and marketplace commission are disclosed before you commit and itemised on receipts.
3. Escrow
Marketplace payments are typically held in escrow and released against milestones or confirmed completion. See the Escrow & Settlement Policy.
4. Donations
Donations are voluntary and, where enabled, processed to the campaign or temple. Receipts and any tax treatment are the recipient’s responsibility.
5. Failed & disputed payments
Failed payments may pause services. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled with the PSP and follow the Dispute Resolution Policy.
