Data Deletion Policy

1. Requesting deletion

You can request erasure from your Privacy & Data Rights dashboard. We confirm identity, then deactivate and schedule purge.

2. Grace period

Data is retained for a short window (typically 30 days) to allow recovery and to complete open obligations, then purged.

3. What we must keep

We may retain limited records required by law (e.g. transaction/tax records) or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud, in line with the Data Retention Policy.
