Temple Agreement
Terms for temples and religious institutions listing on UtsavOS.
1. Institutional listing
Temples may publish a directory profile, festival calendar, timings and devotee information. The authorised representative warrants they may bind the institution.
2. Accuracy & conduct on premises
You are responsible for the accuracy of timings, rules and any services, and for conduct on your premises. UtsavOS does not control on-site activities.
3. Donations
Where donations are enabled, funds and receipts are handled per the Payment Terms. You are responsible for the lawful use of donations and any required registrations.
4. Devotee data
Follower and devotee data must be used respectfully and lawfully, per the Privacy Policy.
