AI Usage & AI Disclosure Policy
How UtsavOS uses AI, and how AI assistance is disclosed.
1. Where we use AI
AI helps suggest plans, tasks, budgets and vendor matches, and supports search. AI output is decision-support — humans make the final decisions.
2. Disclosure
AI-assisted suggestions are labelled in the product. Where autonomy is enabled, the autonomy level and audit trail are visible to authorised users.
3. Data & safeguards
We minimise data sent to AI providers, use them under contract, and do not use your private content to train third-party public models without consent. You can rely on deterministic behaviour where AI is unavailable.
4. Your control
Authorised admins govern AI providers and autonomy policy. You can disregard or override any AI suggestion.
