Identity Verification Policy

1. Process

Identity verification may require a government ID and a liveness or document check via a verification partner. We store the minimum needed and protect it per the Security Policy.

2. Use of ID data

ID data is used only for verification, fraud prevention and legal compliance — never for marketing.

3. Accuracy & appeals

If verification fails in error, you can appeal with additional documents. Decisions are recorded with an audit trail.
