Copyright & DMCA-style Notice Procedure
How to report copyright infringement and counter-notify.
1. Filing a notice
Send a notice to legal@utsavos.dev including: identification of the work, the infringing URL/content, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury (or local equivalent).
2. Our response
Valid notices lead to review and removal or disabling of the content, and notice to the uploader.
3. Counter-notice
The uploader may submit a counter-notice asserting their right to the content. If valid, content may be restored after the applicable period unless court action is filed.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts with repeated valid complaints may be terminated.
