How do I change my role?
Roles are granted by your workspace or a platform admin. Update your profile details on the Account page.
How do I switch themes?
Use the theme toggle in the top bar — your choice is remembered on this device.
Celebrations
Why did my celebration come pre-filled?
Choosing an occasion and tradition seeds ceremonies, tasks and a budget. You can edit or remove anything.
Can I plan without a blueprint?
Yes — uncheck “Set up a starter plan” to begin from a blank celebration.
Marketplace & payments
How are quotes ranked?
Best-fit weighs price (50%), trust (35%) and rating (15%).
Is my payment safe?
Yes — funds are held in escrow and released against milestones.
Privacy & trust
Is my family data exposed?
No. Public family profiles show only a member count and public celebrations — never member PII.
Can I export my data?
Yes — request an export or erasure from the Privacy page.
