Common issues & fixes
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Can’t sign in | Wrong credentials or session expired | Reset your password, then sign in again. |
| A page is missing from the sidebar | Your role lacks that permission | Ask your admin to grant access — the sidebar only shows what you can use. |
| Vendor button not showing | Role/permission mismatch | Confirm your role; some actions are vendor- or admin-only. |
| Upload rejected | File too large or wrong type | Use an image under the size limit; only image types are accepted for portfolio media. |
| Payment didn’t release | Milestone not met or payout account missing | Confirm milestones and that the vendor’s payout account is connected. |
| No quotes on an RFQ | Not yet published or no vendors in category | Publish the RFQ, or use Auto-source to invite vendors. |
