Refund & Cancellation Policy

When and how cancellations and refunds apply.

1. Seller cancellation terms

Each quotation states its cancellation and refund terms. These must be fair and clearly disclosed before booking.

2. Standard tiers

Where no specific terms apply, a tiered schedule may be used (e.g. fuller refunds for early cancellation, reducing closer to the event). Non-refundable advances must be disclosed up front.

3. Provider default

If a provider fails to deliver, you may be entitled to a full refund of amounts held in escrow, subject to dispute review.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via the PSP. Timelines depend on the PSP and your bank.

5. Disputes

Refund disagreements follow the Dispute Resolution Policy; escrowed funds remain held until resolved.
